EU Liquidations Pallets: Transparent and Fair Return Procedures
At EU Liquidations Pallets, we believe in complete transparency and fairness in our wholesale liquidation business.
Our comprehensive refund and returns policy is designed to provide clarity while protecting both our customers and business.

1. Condition Expectations for Liquidation Merchandise
Our liquidation pallets are clearly graded according to the following classifications:
- Grade A: Retail-ready condition, complete packaging, like new
- Grade B: Good condition, may have minor packaging damage or be customer returns
- Grade C: Working condition, but may require cleaning or minor repairs
- Salvage Grade: Items requiring repair, sold as-is with no returns accepted
2. Circumstances Qualifying for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following specific circumstances:
- Manifest Discrepancy: Significant variance between provided manifest and actual pallet contents
- Grade Misrepresentation: Items not matching the advertised condition grade
- Shipping Damage: Pallets damaged during transit (must be documented upon delivery)
- Counterfeit Products: In the unlikely event of non-authentic items (requires documentation)
3. Return Process and Timeline
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Returns Department within 48 hours of pallet receipt
- Provide order number, photos of issues, and detailed description of the problem
- Receive return authorization number (if approved)
- Return merchandise in original pallet configuration within 7 days
4. Refund Structure
Approved returns will be processed as follows:
- Full Refund: Issued for manifest discrepancies exceeding 20% of value or grade misrepresentation
- Partial Refund: Prorated based on specific items not matching description
- Store Credit: Option available with 10% bonus value for qualified returns
- Replacement: Option to receive replacement merchandise for damaged items
5. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
The following exceptions apply to our return policy:
- Salvage-grade merchandise is sold as-is with no returns accepted
- Individual items from broken pallets cannot be returned separately
- Special order or custom pallets have modified return terms specified at purchase
- Returns initiated after 48 hours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping responsibilities:
- EU Liquidations Pallets covers return shipping for manifest discrepancies, grade misrepresentation, or damaged goods
- Customer is responsible for return shipping if inspection options were declined before purchase
- Split shipping costs may apply in certain circumstances
