We understand you’re eager to receive your pallets and start reselling. Due to the size and weight of our products, all orders are shipped using professional freight carriers. Please read the following information to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Delivery Timeframe:** Standard delivery within the EU typically takes **3-10 business days** from the time your order is processed. This timeline can vary depending on your specific location and the current volume of freight.
* **Scheduling & Tracking:** Once your pallet is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Our freight partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery day and time to ensure someone is present to receive the shipment.
* **Upon Arrival:** Please be prepared to receive the pallet at your designated address. It is crucial to **inspect the pallet for any visible damage or missing items** *before* signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any issues, please make a detailed note on the delivery paperwork and take photos of the damage. This is essential for any potential claims.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we operate under a strict **all sales are final** policy.

We sell **liquidation pallets** of customer returns, overstock, and closeout merchandise. These items are sold on an **"as-is," "untested,"** and **"without warranty"** basis. The heavily discounted prices of our pallets reflect the inherent risks involved with purchasing this type of inventory, as it may contain non-working, damaged, or incomplete items.

**Exceptions:**
We take great care to ensure that the pallet you receive matches the manifest or description provided. If the contents of your pallet are significantly different from what was advertised, please contact our customer service team at Email: sales@euliquidationpallets.ltd within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the discrepancy so we can investigate the issue.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

We understand you're eager to receive your pallet, and we're working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Since we ship via professional freight carriers, delivery times can vary slightly from a standard parcel service.

Here's what you can do to check the status of your order:

Check Your Email: Your order confirmation email contains a tracking number and a link to the freight carrier's website. Please use this link to check the latest status of your shipment.

Review the Delivery Window: Our standard delivery timeframe is typically 3-10 business days. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided in your shipping confirmation.

Contact the Carrier: For the most immediate updates, you can contact the freight carrier directly using your tracking number. Their customer service team can provide real-time information on your shipment's location.

If you have already followed these steps and your delivery is outside of the estimated timeframe, or if you require further assistance, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will be happy to assist you in tracking your pallet.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No, deliveries are not made on public holidays.

Our pallet deliveries are handled by third-party freight and logistics partners who observe all national public holidays in the countries where they operate.

If your estimated delivery date falls on a public holiday in your country or the country of our warehouse, your delivery will be rescheduled for the next available business day. You will receive a notification and an updated delivery estimate accordingly.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we deliver to most postcodes within the European Union.

To confirm that we can deliver to your specific location, simply follow these steps:

Add the pallet(s) you wish to purchase to your cart.

Proceed to the checkout page.

Enter your full shipping address and postcode in the designated fields.

Our system will automatically verify your location and calculate the shipping cost for your order. If, for any reason, delivery to your postcode is not possible, a notification will appear on the checkout page.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

No, next-day delivery is not available on all orders.

Due to the size, weight, and nature of our products, all orders are shipped as palletized freight using specialized carriers. This is very different from standard parcel shipping and requires more complex logistics and scheduling.

The typical delivery timeframe for a pallet liquidation order is 2-10 business days. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Our freight partner will then contact you to coordinate a specific delivery day and time to ensure a smooth arrival.
